Due to the income of tickets being higher than usual these past few weeks, we've had to up our game to ensure all tickets are answered to the best of our ability! We've expanded our support team with people who are experienced with support and are familiar with Octolus' services, so what does this mean?
- More helpful and considerate responses to your tickets, followed by a faster response time.
- Tickets are now allocated to support staff who have knowledge about your enquires and issues with our services.
- Action regarding certain tickets are now taken more seriously, professionally, and quicker!
Notice: Tickets regarding payments (refunds, being charged, cancellation, etc.) may still take longer than usual as this is a thoughtful process by our administration team, who are extremely busy. Tickets regarding anything else should be fine and you should be able to receive a response within 1-4 hours maximum.
